My name is Joe Morales; I’m a Sr. Mortgage Specialist at New Horizon
Mortgage. Because I represent a local Arizona mortgage company, I am able
to take a more personal approach, while maintaining the same or greater
lending ability of most national mortgage companies. Some companies may
mail you stacks of paperwork to fill out on your own. I will work around
your schedule, and if necessary I’ll meet with you in the comfort
of your home or office, making the process of buying or refinancing easier
for you.
Unlike other companies (even in state), I’ll attend
your closing, so you can breathe easy while I explain what can seem like
mountains of complicated documents. It’s important to feel comfortable
